We accept returns within 7 days of the order by visiting —— section on the website. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered. No return will be accepted after 7 days.
The products will be picked up within 4-5 business days. A refund or replacement will be initiated, thereafter. Please note, refunds/replacement will be initiated only if the products are in appropriate* conditions
In case you receive a Broken Product, then kindly e-mail email@example.com us the opening video of the parcel you have received and the Image of your invoice bill within 24 Hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, We we will not be able to provide Exchange/Replacement for the Broken Product.
Refund process generally takes 7 to 10 days. Refund is initiated when our quality team verifies the product received and the product passes the quality test.
